My friends Kevin Budnik, Max Morris and I just finished editing the second issue of a comic anthology called Linework. I drew the cover (above) and a two page strip called ‘Clown College’ (sample above). I had fun working on it, Max and Kevin are awesome, and there is a lot of really great work in the book.

Ivan Brunetti served as faculty advisor through the project, and was the one who started Linework as an outlet for students who are into comics. We are indebted to him forever, he’s the best!

Both issues of Linework will be available at Manifest, which is Columbia College’s end-of-year street fest, on Friday, May 13th. Kevin, Max, and I will be selling Linework, along with our own comics, and lots of student artwork, at the corner of Wabash and Balbo from 11-7 during Manifest. Stop by if you’d like!
